My name is Melissa. I am from New York City. I am a hard worker and a determined woman whose dream is to inspire women to feel confident in whatever they wear. People always believe fashion to be name brands and expensive clothes but to me fashion is just an accessory to style. You can dress to impress and pay less. I know I love to dress up and coordinate outfits as a way to express myself. To me I see style as a form of art. I am a firm believe that beauty comes from within and we always have to work on ourselves as beings better people but it doesn't mean we cannot express ourselves on the outside to help boost our confidence to look and feel great as a whole!
A little background on me. I grew up in New York and when I left to college my family moved to Florida. It was one of the hardest decisions I made to stay in NY without my family because I am an extremely family oriented person but I wanted to pursue my dreams in the city I love. I currently work full time for Ralph Lauren and am midway from graduating with my masters degree in Publishing. So in working hard and pursuing my dreams, making time for my family and friends, and maintaining my relationship with my boyfriend, I say anything is possible and good things come to those who work hard. So I also wanted to share my journey with all of you!
